WHAT I OFFER
I offer a professional environment with expert advice based on my lifetime of shooting.
As a qualified instructor & safety officer I strive to encourage new upcoming and advanced shooters. Together we will work on mastering shooting technique, shooting stance, gun fit and gun handling procedures in a safe manner.
With a relaxed atmosphere lessons are tailor fit to age and ability on all clay shooting disciplines. Including low and high driven towers that simulate Game targets.
I also offer instruction for driven game shooting, By accompanying you on each peg I can offer instruction in bird selection and shooting technique, which will help you get the most out of your game shooting day.
There are shotguns suitable for all ages and genders, with the right instruction and gun mount pain and bruising should never be a problem.
I can provide low recoil cartridges to give maximum comfort when shooting. I also provide smaller 20 and 4.10 gauges for younger ages or more delicate physique.

ABOUT ME
I have been shooting and instructing from an early age as a passionate driven game & international competitive clay pigeon shooter.
I have represented The England Shooting team four times most recently in 2019 for FITASC Senior team .
I have achieved the title of, English Open Sporting AA class winner and English Open ABT class winner.
Inter Counties all round champion
I was very proud to be the first ever junior to have won a home international championship outright. I scored 196 out of 200 targets and rewrote the history books.
I represent my county Cheshire in national inter counties competitions becoming Cheshire English Sporting,Sportrap English Skeet and Olympic trap county champion multiple times at senior level.
A great achievement for myself is regulary appearing in the official CPSA top ten ranked English sporting shooters in the country. With an average of 92.2%
I have recently come back from my second visit to America where I was very happy to come 12th overall in the Seminole Cup and achieved Maste Class classfication
Qualifications include being a certified CPSA shooting instructor and CPSA safety officer & BASC member.
I have succesfully organised and set FITASC targets for Welsh Team Selection shoots at North Wales Shooting School

Welsh Fitasc Team Qualifier
Thanks to all the shooters who attended the shoot yesterday.
I turned the difficulty up with it being a Team Qualifier but I think people enjoyed the challenge overall.
The tower D bird certainly was one you don’t see often..
Some shooters unfortunately had to contend with the strong wind near the end of day.

Sportrap practice is back at NWSS on the OT layout, with new targets set by me each week. Just buy tokens from the shop and hand to the buttoner on the stand. The rest of the ground is also open for practice.

Big thanks to everyone that attended the Fitasc on Saturday.
Major thanks to Clay Pigeon Events for all the equipment and to North Wales Shooting School team & owners for the support.
Referees Sam,John & Phil did a great job all day, Ian who got the scores on the board and posted to the CPSA that evening and everyone else who helped on the day it was a team effort .
That’s the last of the registered Sportrap & Fitasc shoots from me this year but hope you can make some in 2020.

BASC LADIES INTRODUCTION DAY TO PIGEON SHOOTING

I was honoured to run the BASC ladies introduction day to pigeon shooting today at North Wales Shooting School.

CHARITY CLAY SHOOTING FOR ST DAVIDS HOSPICE

What a fantastic Charity Clay Shooting event for St Davids Hospice.
Our Team Zoli all shot very well with our Zoli Z Guns and Kronos over a more testing course than I imagined consisting of two flushes, 6 tough sporting stands and the famous flying Gnat.
It was great to see so many familiar faces and clients taking part and shooting well throughout the day. I proudly came away with ...the Highest individual score of 55 out of 58 taking home the Top Gun trophy. Team Zoli just missed out of the team event but most importantly we helped make up the numbers and raised £30,000 for the Hospice on the day and we look forward to being involved more in next years event. Well done to everyone who organised and worked on the event.
SIMULATED GAME DAY

Simulated Day at Carrog, once again everyone had a great time and we are even starting to acquire a few regular faces. As always the Ladies were in top form, this time 5 out of our shooting team of 12 were lady shooters, even inspiring a few of the lady spectators to have a go.

BRETT DAVIES BECOMES CHESHIRE ALL ROUND CHAMPION

Brett Davies became Cheshire All Round Champion with a score of 95/100. His score also helped the Cheshire team to Senior Gold in the West Midlands Area Championships. But there is no resting for Brett Davies Shooting as we head back to North Wales Shooting School for a week of lessons and to host our next BASC ladies day at the weekend.

" I met Brett Davies in September 2015, when I was looking for a clay shooting vest with a recoil pad. I had been shooting only once and I loved it but it hurt and I was scared of the gun.
He was so helpful and after a while in the shop I decided to book a lesson with him as I wanted to learn all the safety aspects of shooting in the hopes that my confidence holding a shot gun would improve.
It was the best 1/2 hour lesson I have ever had as in that time I realised 2 things, one it no longer hurt to shoot as I was taught how to mount the gun properly and two in my first lesson he covered all aspects of safety. Having arrived shaking like a jelly I left having booked 3 more lessons.
